Celebrating 15 Years A New Chapter

What Happened to Great Aunty Three?

Updated 17 July 2026.

We grew out of our space. Fifteen years of legacy just moved into a beautiful new home in Pyrmont, with plenty of room to keep building.

After fifteen wonderful years on Enmore Road, we have moved into a bigger, brighter home in Pyrmont, a short walk from Pyrmont Bridge and the upcoming Sydney Metro station. Same name. Same spirit. Same team. Just a beautiful new chapter for us to keep building this legacy in.

The New Address

So Where Is Great Aunty Three Now?

Great Aunty Three is now open at Shop 5, 16-30 Bunn St, Pyrmont NSW 2009. That is a short walk from Pyrmont Bridge, right in the path of the new Sydney Metro station being built nearby.

If you knew us in Enmore, this is the same Great Aunty Three, just a few suburbs over, with a lot more room in the kitchen.

Fifteen Years of Memories

Why We Left Enmore After 15 Years

Fifteen years ago, Great Aunty Three opened on a quiet corner in Enmore with nothing but a family legacy and one simple idea. Good food brings people together. The Inner West welcomed us in. You lined up for banh mi on your lunch break. You brought your family in on Sundays. You told your friends about us before the newspapers did.

Those fifteen years gave us more good memories than we can count, and we carry every one of them with us to Pyrmont. This is not us leaving that behind. It is us building on it.

Our kitchen in Enmore was built for a small street food stall, not for fifteen years of growth. We had outgrown it, and we wanted room to keep doing what got us here properly, room to grow our catering, and room to keep saying yes to the people who kept saying yes to us.

Pyrmont gave us that. A bigger kitchen, more bench space, and a location close to Pyrmont Bridge with the upcoming Sydney Metro bringing a whole new neighbourhood of hungry people past our door. It felt like the right moment to grow into a space as big as what this place has become.

Room to Create

More Space, More Ideas

A bigger kitchen is not just about keeping up with orders. It is room to try things we never had the bench space for in Enmore. New dishes, new specials, and new ways to plate the food we already love, all possible now that our cooks are not working elbow to elbow in a kitchen built for a small street food stall.

Better kitchen flow means better food, plain and simple. Prep, cooking and plating each have their own space now, instead of fighting for the same stretch of bench. That means faster service at the counter, more consistency in every bowl of pho, and a kitchen team with room to actually think about what they are cooking, not just how fast they can get it out.

Expect a few new menu items to join the classics in the coming months, developed properly in a kitchen finally big enough to get them right.

What’s Staying the Same

The Legacy

Same name. Same team. Great Aunty Three is led today by Tiffany and her team, carrying its legacy forward into this next chapter. The banh mi, the pho, and the rice paper rolls are still made the way this place built its name on.

What’s New

The Upgrade

A bigger kitchen with proper flow from prep to plate, room for our team to get creative, and new menu items joining the classics. A spot close to Pyrmont Bridge and the upcoming Sydney Metro. More room for catering to grow, without slowing down the counter.

Our Legacy

Before Pyrmont, There Was Enmore
